Celeste Butler (Town Clerk)

Celeste has been in and around Lincoln Parish all of her life. She lived in Arcadia, graduated from Cedar Creek in Ruston and immediately enrolled in Louisiana Tech. Celeste later “transplanted” to Choudrant after marrying Henry, and together they raised their daughters here.

Celeste comes to The Village of Choudrant office from the Ruston/Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and the Ruston/Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau. An earlier 15-year career with Southern Brokerage ended when the firm closed its Ruston office.
